Return & Exchange Policy

International shipping:

Now you can receive your purchases in your country of origin, the process is very simple:

After making your purchase, through the website, when proceeding with the checkout of your purchase, the system will quote you for shipping to your country, according to the size and weight of the chosen products. Just choose the quote that best suits you and pay for both the products and shipping.

- How is the product shipped to Brazil? Shipping is done through an air carrier to Brazil and distributed by the Post Office.

After making the payment, we prepare your purchase and ship it. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number, so you can track your purchases. ​

Customers with a shipping address outside the US are responsible for any import duties and customs duties. Customs duties are not included in the cost of shipping or handling your order. Customs taxes vary by country and Brazil does not have a set rule for collection. Taxes can reach up to 60% + state ICMS (MG-on the value of the goods + the cost of transport.

- How long does it take for my purchases to arrive in Brazil? Delivery time is 15 to 20 working days and may arrive earlier than expected.

Smart Baby is not responsible for incorrect and/or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Filling in the shipping address is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer, our system prints the labels according to what was filled in by the customer.
